Drucker Forum 2025: get a close-up on management’s emerging challenges
With speakers and participants from around the world, the Global Peter Drucker Forum (Nov 6 + 7) offers a diverse, multicultural perspective on management challenges and opportunities – a global view essential for understanding the new complexities. We take it our responsibility to identify solutions and offer advice for action.

Current events hold evolving challenges for all leaders. Our program is emerging in parallel, but expect to see topics such as:
Those who wish can focus on specific topics
After a successful trial run last year, we are expanding our thematic focus to include an in-depth people leader track for CHROs. Other specific topic areas focus on segments such as innovation and technology start-ups, healthcare industry and the philanthropic sector.
Workshops and masterclasses – Nov 5
As in previous years, we have brought together a program of workshops and masterclasses to run in parallel and one after the other on Wednesday, Nov 5. Confirmed presenters include Teresa Amabile, Amy Edmondson, Claudio Fernández-Aráoz, Thomas Sattelberger and Dave Ulrich. The day can be booked either alone or in combination with participation in the Forum (with a discount for those booking both). Booking will open on June 24.
