Born in India, Professor Guptara is based in Switzerland and works worldwide.
An entrepreneur himself, he also helps Boards of companies with strategic, organisational and market-related issues (follow on Twitter).
For over 15 years, he was responsible, at one of the largest banks in the world, for:

- Think Tanks,                                         
- Briefings, and
- the (English-language) Distinguished Speaker Series.

Through these activities, he had the unique job of working with innovative, cutting-edge and otherwise outstanding people throughout the world to identify new ideas that might bring value to the company.You may have experienced Prabhu’s extraordinarily inspiring and creative organisation and moderation of Board Workshops, Strategy Workshops, and International Business Conferences.

A member of the Jury of several literary, business and management competitions, and a guest contributor to newspapers, radio and TV channels around the world, he is Distinguished Professor of Global Business, Management and Public Policy at William Carey University, India; Member of the Board of the Institute of Management, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and included in Debrett's People of Today.

Widely reputed as a featured speaker and broadcaster, he is or has been Chairman, CEO or Board Member of several companies and organisations. At present, among other things, he is Executive Director of Relational Analytics Ltd.
