Rajeev Vasudeva is the CEO of Egon Zehnder. He advises the boards and CEOs of organizations around the world on effective leadership, board performance and succession planning. Rajeev is based in the London office.
 
Before being named the Firm’s CEO in 2014, Rajeev led Egon Zehnder’s expansion into emerging markets that are playing a critical role in the new global economy, growing the Firm’s presence in India and successfully establishing offices in Johannesburg and Dubai. Rajeev also co-led the Firm’s global Family Business Advisory Practice, addressing the unique challenges faced by these companies in matters of next generation transitions, family and business governance. Rajeev joined Egon Zehnder in 1995 when his consultancy Sachar Vasudeva & Associates merged with Egon Zehnder. He started his career with Egon Zehnder in London, having previously worked as a management consultant in the US and India.
