Biography
Ralf Köster has more than 20 years of experience in managing technology driven companies as their CEO.
For nearly 12 years, until December 2015, he served as the CEO of BARTEC Group - a world market leader in safety technology and a so-called "Hidden Champion".
In November 2015 Ernst & Young awarded Mr. Köster the prize "Entrepreneur Of The Year 2015" for excellence in the "German Mittelstand".
Currently he serves on several boards as Chairman or member of the supervisory board and is also engaged as investor.
Mr. Köster holds a doctor degree in economics from the technical university of Berlin, an MBA from Münster university and has completed the AMP-Program at Harvard University.
