    Too much of the Business Model Canvas usage is bad - mediocre... People could benefit so much more if they used it well!

    Most entrepreneurs I meet in accelerators today have already been introduced to the Business Model Canvas. Either by mentors or earlier on in their school.

    It always shocks me when people think they tested the viability of a business idea just because they made a spreadsheet. With no evidence: spreadsheet = fantasy! Real evidence comes from testing: 1) Willingness to pay 2) Ability to pay 3) Pricing 4) Costs 5) Profitability
