- How do you express your sense of belonging to a particular type of culture? Think about media platforms, the internet, clothing or other forms of self-expression.
- How can traditions, stories, skills and artefacts be preserved without losing relevance or authenticity? Why does what is passed on across generations still matter today?
- If you are part of a cross-cultural team, how do different cultural perceptions of time, collaboration, and collective responsibility influence creative outcomes? How can cultural clashes be avoided or turned into strengths?
- As a member of a particular society, how would you define culture in a way that shapes your unique view of the world?

|
- If you were leading a company or a family business - either in your home country or from an outside perspective - how would organizational culture and values influence innovation, leadership, strategy, and market success?
- How can leaders manage teams in which some members prioritize group harmony and consensus, while others prioritize individual achievement and efficiency?
- If you have experienced organizations that either mastered or failed innovation, what can be learned from their successes or mistakes? Do directives or regulations hinder or encourage innovation?
- In the spirit of Peter F. Drucker, organizational culture is often described as “the shared values and practices that determine how work actually gets done.” What would be your definition?
