When and where does the Global Peter Drucker Forum take place?
The Global Peter Drucker Forum 2026 takes place in Vienna, Austria. The main conference is held in the Hofburg Vienna, November 4–5, 2026, followed by the Masterclasses, November 6, 2026. The Pre-Conference Day takes place on November 3, 2026.
How do I register for the Forum and what is the registration fee?
Registration is available online via the official Global Peter Drucker Forum registration page. Simply choose the ticket category that best suits your needs and complete the registration process.
Is the Forum available online/digitally, or only in person?
The Forum is primarily designed as an in-person experience in Vienna. Selected content, recordings, interviews, and highlights may be made available online after the event.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations are accepted until October 4, 2026, subject to an administrative fee of EUR 100,- (+20% VAT). Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after that date. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for full details.
Is there a group discount for organizations sending multiple participants?
Yes. Organizations sending multiple participants may benefit from special group rates and packages. Please contact the Conference Secretariat at events@druckersociety.eu for details.
I received a registration/group code — where do I enter it?
Please enter your code in the CODE field on the registration page before starting the online registration process.

Where exactly is the venue, and how do I get there?
The Forum takes place at the Hofburg Vienna, Heldenplatz 1, in the heart of Vienna’s city center. The venue is easily accessible by public transportation, taxi, and from Vienna International Airport.

Program & Content
What is the theme of this year’s Forum?
The 2026 Forum theme is “Next Gen Innovation: When Everything Depends on Ingenuity.” The program explores how organizations can thrive through innovation, leadership, creativity, and human ingenuity in times of rapid change.
When will the program be published?
The full Forum program will be published in September 2026. Speaker announcements and program updates are released earlier throughout the year.
Who are the speakers and moderators?
The Forum brings together leading executives, entrepreneurs, academics, innovators, and thought leaders from around the world. The current speaker list can be found on the Forum website.
When does the Forum start and end?
The main Forum takes place on November 4–5, 2026. Registration opens in the morning of November 4 at 8:00 AM. The Forum will end at approximately 5:30 PM on November 4 and 4:30 PM on November 5. Detailed session timings will be published with the final agenda.
Will the sessions be recorded and made available after the event?
Selected sessions, interviews, and highlights are recorded and made available for participants through Forum channels after the event.
Is there a Pre-Conference Day, and what does it include?
Yes. The Pre-Conference Day takes place on November 3, 2026 and includes workshops, dinners, and community activities designed to foster learning and networking before the main conference. Participation in the workshops is included for registered Forum attendees.
What networking opportunities, side events, and social gatherings are available at the Forum?
The Forum offers extensive networking opportunities throughout the conference week, including coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, the Gala event, evening events, partner events, and interactive discussion formats designed to connect participants from across industries and countries.

Gala Event
What is the Gala Event, and can Forum participants attend?
The Gala Event takes place on November 4, 2026, from 7:45 PM to 11:00 PM in the Festsaal at the Hofburg Vienna. It is one of the highlights of the Forum with the Peter Drucker Challenge Awards Ceremony. Bringing together participants, speakers, partners, and members of the Drucker community for an evening of celebration and networking.
Dresscode: business or cocktail attire, ethnic attire
Peter Drucker Challenge
What is the Peter Drucker Challenge, and how is it connected to the Forum?
The Peter Drucker Challenge is an international essay competition for students and young professionals inspired by Peter Drucker’s ideas. The winners are invited to the Forum, recognized during the Gala Event’s Awards Ceremony and become part of the Global Drucker community. Masterclasses Nov. 6, 2026
What are the Masterclasses offered on November 6?
The Masterclasses are intensive learning sessions led by internationally recognized experts, providing deeper exploration of selected leadership, management, innovation, and organizational topics.
Are the Masterclasses included in the main conference registration fee?
No. Participation in the Masterclasses is not automatically included in the registration fee for the main conference. To attend, participants must select a registration package (Pro or Ultimate) that explicitly includes the Masterclasses during the registration process.
When and where do the Masterclasses take place?
The Masterclasses take place on Friday morning, November 6, 2026, at the University of Vienna, Starting at 09:00am until 01:00/02:00 pm. Exact timings will be announced closer to the event.
Can I still register for a Masterclass if I am not attending the main Forum?
Yes, Masterclasses may be booked as stand-alone sessions without attending the main Forum.
