Why Leaders Must Accelerate Value Creation
A Different Kind Of Workshop About A New Way To Create Value
TBA, Vienna
In this workshop, you will learn how the world’s fastest growing firms of all sizes think and act differently from traditional managers. These firms are detecting and responding more nimbly to change, mobilizing more creativity and innovation, operating more efficiently, attracting more talent, mobilizing more digital technology and AI and generating higher long-term total returns. In short, they are accelerating value creation.
In this workshop, participants will work together with other participants to understand what is involved in embracing this integrated, multi-dimensional way of thinking and acting in the workplace and the implications for themselves and their workplaces, including:
- mindsets, human values, and culture that drive methods, processes, tools, and frameworks, rather than vice versa.
- innovation and value creation for customers that is given priority over short-term profits.
- a high degree of entrepreneurship and autonomy, with leadership throughout the enterprise, and the best young minds mobilized to help create the future.
- networks of competence, rather than steep hierarchies of authority.
- those doing the work are recognized as self-directing value-creators, rather than mere employees.
- digital technologies and AI are deployed for human-centered goals.
- outcomes for all stakeholders are given priority over outputs, with profits being the result, not the goal.
The team of facilitators brings four distinct perspectives that challenge and complement each other, offering a live demonstration of what modern leadership interaction looks like.
Outcome
- Participants will grasp the meaning of the multiple dimensions of this new way of thinking and acting for their own workplace and identify steps they can take towards accelerating value creation in their own lives and organizations.

The Wise Path: Ancient wisdom for the next era of leadership
TBA, Vienna
In an age defined by relentless innovation, shifting market forces, and geopolitical and economic turbulence, leaders are under increasing pressure to adapt. While the theme of “next era” leadership often calls for futuristic tools and novel strategies, this workshop proposes a powerful counterpoint: looking to the past.
We explore how time-honored leadership traditions offer enduring relevance for today’s complex challenges. Drawing on classical philosophies and spiritual frameworks—from Confucian ethics and yogic discipline to ancient religious teachings—we highlight how these systems cultivated resilient, values-driven leadership that still resonates today.
Rather than introducing radically new frameworks, this session reconnects participants with the wisdom of the ages. It explores how ancient leadership practices can provide clarity, purpose, and adaptability in a volatile modern landscape, particularly as leaders confront the growing influence of AI and technological disruption.
Join our expert panellists for an interactive dialogue that invites reflection and discussion. Participants will explore how to apply ancient insights to modern leadership practices, developing not only strategic agility, but also the resilience, integrity, and wisdom needed to thrive in the next era.

Building and Leading Successful Ecosystems in Practice
TBA, Vienna
The world is in flux. Domain historic borders between industries and markets are increasingly disappearing. Consumers are more and more demanding, requiring seamless end-to-end solutions, freeing them from complexity through cross-industry approaches. One vivid example is the burden of owning an EV (Electrical Vehicle), crossing at least 3 business domains (Home, Mobility, Grid, Energy Generation). Another example is multi-manufacturer partnerships in power tool battery technology. It isn't just about sharing costs; it's about fostering innovation, driving standardization, improving sustainability, and ultimately creating a more robust, efficient, and consumer-friendly ecosystem for the entire power tool industry. It's a strategic move that moves beyond individual competitive advantage to collective industry advancement. One company cannot solve such challenges alone any longer! New ways of collaboration, based on business ecosystem approaches, are needed.
In this workshop, we will focus on the “How” to make ecosystem benefits a reality. Learning from others - the moderators, the co-hosting companies as well as other participants – will be the impetus. Our examples will help answer your questions on how to start an ecosystem or why to join and contribute to an existing ecosystem. After an introduction and framing, you will actively exchange and contribute in one of our working groups, sharing your own experience and uncertainties and learning from others. You will gain new insights to help design and kick-start your own ecosystem solution:
- Understand: What are Ecosystems and what are the various layers and types?
- Perceive: What is the future role of ecosystems for leadership?
- Learn: Why are Ecosystems getting more important for your business?
- Connect: What are practical Examples of real Ecosystems?
- Grasp: Which success factors are crucial to start your Ecosystem journey?
- Start: How to benefit from being part of an Ecosystem community?
Looking forward to your participation in our Ecosystem Workshop!

Wisdom is simple, yet difficult to practice.
In an era characterised by falling corporate lifespans and increased fragility, business longevity offers a timeless practice with a compelling economic rationale. It provides an antidote to prevailing management ideas and models, which has always been implicitly present in cultures across the world. As the global pioneers of business longevity, we have co-created a model and practice over 19 years - the LivingMachine - which establishes the living essence of every organisation, as the perpetual source of economic surplus.
For the first time, we are bringing together cultures and nations, who have practiced these time-honoured approaches, to share their stories, learnings and experiences with our workshop attendees. Last year, India shared its perspective. This year, Pariṇãma - the world's first community of long-living organisations - unites Austria, Japan and India in this unprecedented dialogue.
Learnings through:
- Golden Goose Insights: Listen to short evocative stories from owners and leaders, how they nurtured the living essence of their organisations to create wealth.
