SPEAKERS OF 2025

Kick-off to next-era leadership

Day 1 launches with a rallying call to reinvent leadership for our times, with panels probing why old models won’t do in a world shaped by digital disruption, AI, and craving for purpose. Expect spirited debates on flattening hierarchies, mending governance, and ensuring strategy is meaningful as well as clever. HR luminaries and innovation pioneers take the stage, while controversial questions—should leaders take a stand on societal issues? Do big decisions need to be more open? – get a lively airing.
The evening culminates in a gala dinner, with awards and insider interviews.

Shaping the future – from startups to AI

Day 2 turns the spotlight on the next gen: start-up strategies, nurturing future leaders, and the perennial puzzle of how much leadership development works. Panels tackle risk in an unpredictable world, the power (and pitfalls) of public-private collaboration, and the challenge of managing a hybrid workforce of both humans and machines. Beyond the boardroom, we delve into spirituality at work, what true social responsibility means now, and the science of personal mastery. Expect hard-hitting talks on shaping culture, building partner ecosystems, and leading in an AI-powered future – plus reflections on leadership’s “third act” and the evolving concept of retirement.
