So as some of you know living in Portugal isn't one big dance on roses. There are a few pains in the a*s that comes with everyday life. One of them is dealing with the ctt post office whether it'll be sending or receiving a package.
It is endlessly complicated in so many regards that it's hard to believe how it's even possible to make it this complicated. Nonetheless we decided to take on the challenge as we had to return a package. A big one!
