SVP HR Transformation
Capgemini
Biography
Will leads HR transformation for Capgemini, one of the world's
foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services,
and a deeply multicultural organization. With a career in professional
services, Will has held roles in sales and sales leadership, business
unit management, delivery responsibility for clients and shared service
teams, and HR. His eclectic career is driven by a focus on the people
who deliver value in an enterprise, how to measure that, and a desire to
look to the future far enough so people have time to respond to market
pressure. Before joining Capgemini, Will worked at IBM in various roles.
He has a Masters degree in economics and spent time as an economist
before joining IBM. In his current role, HR transformation, Will is
responsible for devising, piloting and deploying the future of work and
the future of HR in Capgemini. He has recently launched the global
reskilling programme, now deployed across seven countries, which brings
new ways to help our people jump forward when their skills fall behind
the market.
Will lives in the UK, he is married with four
teenage children, and lives with dogs and cats and all sorts of mess. He
is learning to listen carefully to his family and other animals, and is
practicing situational management with limited control.
