Biography

After a long career with Deutsche Bank, of which the last seven years as Chief Learning Officer and Global Head of Talent Development, Martin Möhrle set up his own consulting practice in 2008. He advises multinationals and non-profits on corporate transformation in a globalizing and increasingly knowledge-based context, on excellence in HR management, and on all aspects of learning, leadership development and talent management.

Martin studied engineering and business administration at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and international economics and finance at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He was a lecturer at the universities of Bielefeld and Mainz and a Visiting Scholar at the Wharton School in Philadelphia. He received a doctorate in business from Gutenberg University Mainz and worked with Simon, Kucher & Partners Strategy and Marketing Consultants.

Martin is past and present member of advisory councils at major Business Schools and HR think tanks and a frequent speaker on talent management issues. He is an executive advisor to the EFMD. He lives with his wife and two sons in Frankfurt, Germany.
