Biography

Paul Madden is Head of Product Development, OSS-RC & SON in Ericsson Athlone, Ireland.
He joined Ericsson in Athlone, Ireland in 1995. He spent 2 years working on management assignments in Sweden and another 2 years on management assignment in Italy. Ericsson is a company that supports new thinking and allowed him to be an early champion of its Agile transformation. He has given lectures at several conferences including Scrum Alliance Global gathering. He loves the wildness of the West of Ireland and spending time there with his wife and their three children.
